Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, promotional events, or when we are experiencing unexpected delays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method for your order.
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless specifically noted.
Delays and Carrier Issues
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Thiccdeals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@thiccdeals.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim or reviewing possible next steps, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for issues caused after the package has been marked delivered.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
